Do You Love Your (Jewish) Body?
Are you a Jewish woman who absolutely loves her body? Great! We’d like to think you’re out there. Most Jewish women—make that, most women in general—still struggle with looking in a mirror and seeing their true beauty. Is my nose too big? Am I too curvy? Is my hair too frizzy, and what am I supposed to do about it? These are just a few of the longstanding questions with which Jewish women torture themselves. So we are dedicating this issue to examining our bodily concerns up close—and how we can finally make peace with them.
